Pam Teague to Become Sarkes Tarzian’s Chief Operating Officer in January 2022

Teague to oversee Sarkes Tarzian Inc. television and radio divisions

Bloomington, IN – Sarkes Tarzian Inc. announced recently that Pam Teague has been named Chief Operating Officer effective January 9, 2022. Teague will be responsible for overseeing the company’s television and radio divisions.

Teague currently serves as President and General Manager of WRCB-TV in Chattanooga, a position she has held since 2019. Teague has been with WRCB-TV for nearly 40 years, previously serving as the station’s Programming Director, Controller, and Station Manager.

“Pam will be an excellent chief operating officer for Sarkes Tarzian,” said Tom Tolar, current COO of the company. “She is highly respected among the executive leadership team and will be a great asset to our television and radio divisions.”

As COO, Teague will be based in Chattanooga, but will also oversee divisions in Reno, Nevada and Fort Wayne, Indianapolis and Bloomington, Indiana.

Before joining WRCB in 1982, Teague worked in radio in Alabama. Teague and her husband, Dean, live in Ooltewah. They have three children and five grandchildren.

An announcement about Teague’s replacement as President and General Manager of WRCB-TV will be made at a later date.
