102.9 The Buzz, 102.5/106.3 The Game, 94.9 The Fan, 93.3 FM Totally Hits Nashville and 102.1 The Ville is currently looking for an Events Coordinator in the Promotions Department. We seek a high energy individual with a strong organization and communication skills. This is an entry level position reporting to the Promotions Director.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Coordinate, set-up, prepare and work on-site promotions, live broadcasts and events for clients, Preds games, concerts, etc.
Manage enter to win contests
Engage with the public at the events
Help coordinate and represent the station at meet and greets/artist promotions/acoustic sessions

Must be:

Motivated
Able to lift heavy equipment
Stand for long periods of time
Have a flexible schedule
Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
To work irregular hours including weekends and holidays
Handle multiple projects within a given day and have flexibility to deal with last minute changes and fire drills.
