      • Broadcasting has a silent, but threatening issue occurring across the industry.  It is creating a deepening canyon within staffs throughout this wonderful business.  We are blessed with an incredible number of veterans, but struggling to grow new employees into productive, long term broadcasters.  This divide is a problem and it is important that leadership begins to take action.  This session will outline how we got to this point, while offering solutions to start recruiting and retaining the staff of the future.  Don’t miss this deep dive into the growing canyon across broadcasting.  It’s time we build the bridge before the gap is too wide.Recommended for all broadcast owners, station management, hiring managers and leaders.
