National EAS Test
October 4, 2023
National EAS Test has been set for October 4th, 2023:
On October 4th at 2:20pm EDT (1:20 CDT) FEMA in coordination with the FCC will issue a NPT.
The test will be sent out via IPAWS in both English and Spanish.
It is important that stations confirm their systems are functioning correctly and their firmware is up to date.
