  • 12:30pm – 1:00pm: Registration/Networking

  • 1:00pm – 3:30pm: Swagger Institute Hosted Development Sessions

    • 1:00pm: Welcome

    • 1:15pm-2:45pm: How Successful Sellers Take Care of Business

    • 3:00pm-3:30pm: Closing Broadcasting’s Canyon

      • Broadcasting has a silent, but threatening issue occurring across the industry. It is creating a deepening canyon within staffs throughout this wonderful business. We are blessed with an incredible numbers of veterans, but struggling to grow new employees into productive, long term broadcasters. This divide is a problem and it is important that leadership begins to take action. This session will outline how we got to this point, while offering solutions to start building the staff of the future. Don’t miss this deep dive into the growing canyon across broadcasting. It’s time we build the bridge before the gap is too wide. 

  • 3:45pm – 4:30pm: Opry Backstage Guided Tours

    • *After sessions, you will have the opportunity to take advantage of an Opry Backstage Guided Tour prior to our cocktail reception in WSM Studios.

  • 4:30pm – 6:30pm: Cocktail Reception at WSM Studios

 

Parking & Travel Information:

    • Upon arrival, FREE parking is available at the Opry Mills Mall, anywhere outside of the Dave & Busters Entrance:
      • Best address to use for GPS Directions to parking lot: 540 Opry Mills Dr, Nashville, TN 37214
    • Once parked, you will make your way over to the Opry Plaza (directly across from the Opry Mills Mall). As you walk up the Opry Plaza, you will bear to the right until you reach the Ryman Hospitality University building. TAB Directional signage will be placed along the path, so keep an eye out for that to help guide you.
