Although there is no Senate Companion Legislation for the House H.R. 1733, it is very important that we draw both U.S. Senators into our opposition. There is a Senate resolution to the Local Radio Freedom Act, but we are concentrating on getting 218 House supporters. We are at 166 now and Jimmy Duncan is the lone TN co-signer (Please Thank Him).

We also know that the RIAA and The Recording Academy are getting closer to your General Assembly Members as we have seen attempts in the last two sessions to pass music related legislation that the TAB defeated.
