Wilkommen, bienvenu, welcome!

Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth is pleased to announce that, starting January 4, 2016, Justin Faulb is joining the FHH family as an associate attorney. Justin is a familiar figure in the communications bar. Since getting his law degree from the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America – with a Certificate from its Institute for Communications Law Studies, no less – he has practiced with a number of communications-centric firms and, most recently, served as the Assistant General Counsel of the National Association of Broadcasters. And let’s not forget that, while in law school, he externed on the Eighth Floor (in the office of Commissioner Adelstein). He has also firmly established himself as an active member of the Federal Communications Bar Association, where he is currently the Co-Chair of the Mass Media Committee, having also served as Co-Chair of the Young Lawyers Committee, the Young Lawyers Liaison to the FCBA Executive Committee, the Chair of the FCBA Charity Auction Committee, … there’s more, but you get the picture.

Justin earned his undergraduate degree in Mass Communications (cum laude, thank you very much) from Miami University. He (along with wife Samantha, daughter Kensington, and 90-pound Bernese Mountain Dog Penny) is a D.C. resident now, but his roots are in Colorado. As a result, he: (a) enjoys hiking with Penny, which is understandable; and (b) cheers on the Broncos, which in Redskins-manic D.C. is less so. He also plays the guitar, but only for Kensington.

Justin can be reached at [email protected] and 703-812-0443
